TAs an active professional coach, school improvement lead and qualified head teacher with an M.Ed. in School improvement and Educational leadership, Catherine is founder and director of Nyman Coaching Associates.

 

She works with a large group of schools across four counties, offering support and challenge to governors, leaders and teachers. She is an active coach and leader of coaching training.

 

Her passion is for dynamism, creativity and rigour in education and has worked in the primary sector for more than thirty years.
